Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Lambert's Luscious, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, here's what you need to know about our refund policy:

Damaged or Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and provide you with a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: If you've had a change of heart or accidentally ordered the wrong item, no worries! You can return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund or report a damaged/faulty item, simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at hello@lbo.co.nz. Please include your order number and any relevant details about the issue, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to assist you further.

Exchanges: At this time, we're unable to process exchanges for online orders. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Refunds may take 5 business business days to process once we receive the returned item.
